When we make plans or goals, it is normally our intention to change something about our current life. But the only way to do this is to do something different.
And while our personal goals may differ to others, the way people can achieve their goal, usually involves changing their habits.
This means updating our routines, looking at our automatic responses to conflict and even changing the way we talk about our situation to start seeing movement in those areas.
Let’s take these words to heart since we get to choose each day how we will live it. Let’s strive to be the best we can be:
