Last week I spoke about how I was struggling a little bit.

The struggle is still there, but I think it always will be here until this uncertain time can finally pass.

But it got me thinking, we can’t always expect life to be good to us. We need to experience the bad things in life to truly appreciate the good things.

There is a very simple quote which I came across and I have to say I love it, it’s something which I think works perfectly for this whole situation regarding Covid-19.

This quote is only 4 words, but I think it’s just wonderful.

Everything in life has a balance, a divider. We have good and bad, rain and sun, love and hate, dry and wet and so on.

These 4 words say so much more.

Most of the time we are always on one side of the balance of what we want, these words show us that everything needs both sides to exist and to thrive.

So here it is:

“No rain, no flower” – Unknown

  5. This is a great reminder. Honestly, I think most people are struggling right now in some way, shape or form with everything going on. Not everyone will show it and not everyone will struggle in the same way, but most are facing some battle behind closed doors at least. Knowing this has helped me to navigate my own struggles because it reminds me that I’m not alone.

Simple quote, yes but SO true. I’m sorry to hear you’re struggling but you’re so right in what you say about not expecting life to be good and perfect to us all the time. I think we can grow SO MUCH through the hard times xxx

This quote sums up so much! I am sorry to hear you have been struggling but, if you are in the rain stage, the next stage is the flower, and flowers are always happy and cheerful. I have found I always find growth when I move through something tough, so I hope you do too.
