Loving others is easy, but loving yourself is a lot harder…
Have you ever laid on your bed and just thought to yourself, am I good enough?
Self-love is never an easy job.
When we do something below our expectations, we may sometimes fall into the anxiousness of not being good enough, judging ourselves harshly instead of appreciating ourselves for what we did.
It can be really hard to do this, but once you learn to love yourself then everything will fall into place. You should never feel ashamed for how people perceive you. Instead, you should be proud of who you are:

Sometimes I look at myself and think how can I love myself? I look at the way I look and think am I doing this right… is this me? But then I look and think yes this is my life, I appreciate my life more when I receive supported comments from my partner and family that tell me that I’m perfectly fine and that I should never change anything about myself. From receiving those positive thoughts I can gain my self-confidence and say to myself I love me and I love my life x
Thank you for sharing this quote, it did give me the time to reflect and think, that I do have the most important people ever and that I should never judge myself as a wreck because I know that I am who I am, and I don’t need to change anything about myself x
